<div class="rich-text"><p data-block-key="47f2s">Abri, with construction partner Hill, will start building the first 61 new homes in the redevelopment of the Sawyers Close estate from Monday August 4 2025. </p><p data-block-key="9ucgv">The foundation works for the new buildings will begin to be put in place. </p><p data-block-key="2tg65">This follows planning approval from the Royal Borough of Windsor &amp; Maidenhead (RBWM) on our amended planning application to introduce a new low carbon energy system.
