Social Value

We want to use the construction of The Granges to create as much positive change in the lives of our residents and the local neighbourhood as possible. Social value is how we measure that benefit. It goes beyond the financial impact and measures how we contribute to the well-being, health and social cohesion of individuals and the community.

As part of this our suppliers commit to giving back to our communities through social value, such as a financial donation or in kind. This will include job opportunities, apprenticeships, support for local organisations and charities as well as activities and events to support residents and the wider community. We are currently working with The Hill Group on the social value programme for The Granges.
